In the Zaldivar Pit as part of the Escondida - Zaldivar Visit - Following the excellent briefing by Minera Escondida Gerente de Geologia Jorge Camacho, upper benches leached cap inspection and core display at Escondida, the group inspected supergene & oxide ore in the pit at Zaldiva, which in 2003 was controlled by Placer Dome.
